Description
These gorgeous white metal mounted tortoiseshell hair combs date from the turn of the century and are most likely French. However neither of them are marked or have any distinguishing features beyond the style cues of France at that time.
The longer comb is 125mm in length, whilst the shorter is 110mm. Each comb has a twin prong fixing and both are evocative of the Paris look and are as lovely when worn today, as they were 130 years ago.
