French Shop Wrapping Paper Dispenser, Mid Century Retro Paper Roll Cutter
An unusual and very useful item, it has a green tubular metal frame with broad spanned feet for stability, the paper roll holder is made in iron and set behind is the serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The frame of the dispenser is 17” long x 14” high and it is 11” deep
